Excellent list! As a therapist (I've now shifted gears), I did a lot of parent coaching and anxiety was an ongoing issue to address. Thanks for what you're doing!
Love this! Just discovered your exceptional substack! How about exploring what is triggering so much anxiety in children? Perhaps its screens, access to information they are too young to process, overly busy, distracted and stressed out parents, lack of physical activity and meaningful activities like chores, processed food diets, lack of discipline and structure, etc. Parents need to figure out root causes that produce the fruit of anxiety and address those. Often, in my experience, it’s parental anxiety imparted to children.

Thanks for the feedback. Much-appreciated. Yes, anxiety is a sleeper issue in many families.
